(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, after the indictment has been filed against an accused in a special court, if other relevant additional evidence is found in that case, in the case of the accused who has already been filed, the investigation conducted in the previous case shall be maintained, and the investigation conducted in the previous case shall be maintained, and the investigation shall be further investigated or the demand for the previously taken punishment shall be made an additional claim or If there is a need to file a case even in the case of other accused, the public prosecutor can apply to the special court for permission to take additional claims.
(2) If an application is made in accordance with sub-section (1), if the reason is reasonable, the special court may order to grant permission as required and if such an order is made, additional punishment may be demanded against the accused who was previously charged or an additional indictment may be filed against the accused.
